Isaac Crockett Isaac Crockett Babb was my grandfather. He was better known as "Ike" and was the youngest child of David and Elizabeth Babb. He was
born 16 Feb 1842 in Tippah, MS where David had moved from Hardeman Co, TN about the mid-1830s. Isaasc would have been about 2 years old when
the family returned to Hardeman Co, TN. He married Mary Ann Paralee Taylor 31 Mar 1864 in Hardeman Co. TN. (She was the daughter of James and
Elizabeth Taylor)
Isaac died 2 Feb 1915, Hardeman Co., TN and is buried in McClendon Cemetery , Toone, Hardeman Co, TN. Mary Ann Paralee Taylor was born 8 April
1844, Hardeman Co, TN and died 21 May 1928 in Hardeman Co, TN. She is buried in McClendon Cemetery , Toone , Hardeman Co, TN.
